  • 1lb ground beef
  • 16oz refried beans
  • ½ cup roasted Hatch Chiles, about 3 Chile peppers, seeds removed & diced
  • 14.5oz diced tomatoes
  • 15.5oz Salsa Con Queso
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • cilantro, fresh diced tomatoes, for garnish 100% optional

How to make an Easy Cheese Dip Recipe:

  1. Using a medium size pot, add 1lb ground beef, season with 2 tablespoons of Taco seasoning. Now, cook on a medium heat until, meat is cooked thru about 10 min. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
