HERE. It was our first time trying this recipe and we liked how it turned out. This Mediterranean Shrimp recipe is healthy, light, and it has shrimps. What else do you need? It is a perfect dinner for a hot day!!!Here is what we had for dinner last night, a Healthy Mediterranean Shrimp. I got this recipe from
8oz dry angel hair pasta
1-1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1-1/2lbs raw medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 cups chicken broth, divided
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 cups chopped fresh spinach
2 cups cherry tomatoes
If you follow this LINK you will find step by step instructions on how to make this yummy tasting dish.
If you never peeled and DE-veined shrimps don’t worry it is not as hard as it sounds. Click HERE to learn how to peel and DE-vein shrimps( I like how they have an easy to follow video instructions). It is super easy and fast all what you will need is kitchen scissors, few napkins, and if you are lucky like me, get an extra pair of hands !!! Trust me if my 3-year-old toddler can do it, so can YOU!!! ( we were so excited that we forgot to put our aprons on, oooops :P)
Now back to our dinner….
