Ice Cream Cake Pops Recipe

 This Ice Cream Cake Pops Recipe tastes so good on a hot summer day, that it will easily become your favorite summer dessert recipe. Made of 3 delicious ice creams that I got from my local Fred Meyer Store, followed by blended cookies to make these ice cream cake pops extra yummy!

Oreo Ice Cream Cake Pops

In every bite you will get yummylicious vanilla, cherry, chocolate and  cookie flavor that you will never find in any ice cream shops.

Kids and adults love it!

To make Ice Cream Cake Pops you will need:

  • 12 cream filled chocolate cookies
  • 3 tablespoon butter, melted
  • chocolate ice cream, softened
  • vanilla ice cream, softened
  • cherry ice cream, softened

How to make Cake Pops:

  1. Using a blender, blend cookies with butter until there are no chunks of cookies. Press cookie mixture into 8 by 8-inch baking pan. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread chocolate ice cream over the cookie layer, place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Spread vanilla ice cream and freeze it for another 15 minutes. Repeat step 4 with cherry ice cream.
  4. Keep it in the freezer for 3 hours, or until firm. Add ice cream sticks then cut into square cake pops. Enjoy!
