What is a Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowl is a bowl of freshly blend smoothie with fresh berries on top and other things like organic chai seeds.  I love making breakfast smoothies for my girls and to make it fun we like to pour our smoothies into the bowls and decorate them with fresh organic fruits and chai seeds.  This Raspberry Banana Smoothie Bowl is one of our favorite smoothie recipes.  It is made of organic raspberries and banana, blended with yogurt and apple juice.   Kids love this smoothie! It is one healthy recipe that everyone likes to eat!

Ingredients you will need to make Raspberry Banana Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup organic apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Chai Seeds, for garnish
  • fresh fruits, for garnish

How to make a smoothie bowl:

Using a blender, combine 1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1 ripe banana and 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt. Pour in 1 cup apple juice. Close the lid and blend until mixture is smooth, Pour into 2 bowls or 4 small glasses. Garnish with fresh fruits and organic chai seeds. Enjoy!

Raspberry Banana Smoothie Bowl - organic fruits blended with yogurt and apple juice, served with more fruits and chai seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup organic apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Chai Seeds, for garnish
  • fresh fruits, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Using a blender, combine 1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1 ripe banana and 3 tablespoons vanilla yogurt. Pour in 1 cup apple juice. Close the lid and blend until mixture is smooth, Pour into 2 bowls or 4 small glasses. Garnish with fresh fruits and organic chai seeds.
