Tomato Bacon Egg Open Faced Sandwich Recipe

Bacon Egg Tomato Open Faced Sandwich Recipe - delicious breakfast or snack recipe. Made of crisp bacon, sliced tomatoes, and topped with yummy scrambled eggs.


  • 12oz bacon
  • 4 medium slices sliced bread (I used French bread)
  • 7 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream or half and half
  • 1 Large tomato (sliced)
  • Maoy
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


Step 1
Place bacon on a baking sheet and bake it at 400F until crisp. Put it on a paper towel, sit aside.
Step 2
Toast bread in a toaster or using skillet.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Whisk. Add butter to skillet and heat it over medium/low heat. Add egg mixture and cook it until cooked through, stirring slowly.
Step 4
Spread mayo over toasted bread. Add tomato. Add bacon. Followed by scrambled eggs. Garnish with greens and enjoy!
