How to Make Egg Sandwiches
Lets begin!
Place bacon on a baking sheet and bake it at 400F until crisp. Put it on a paper towel, sit aside.
After cooking bacon I packed my ingredients and visited my beautiful sister in law, where I made these yummies for brunch.
In a mixing bowl combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Whisk.
Toast bread in a toaster or using skillet.
Add butter to skillet and heat it over medium/low heat.
Add egg mixture and cook it until cooked through, stirring slowly.
Spread mayo over toasted bread.
Add tomato.
Add bacon.
Followed by scrambled eggs.
Garnish with greens and enjoy!
This egg sandwich recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch or mid-day snack.
They were gone in seconds!
