Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz bacon
  • 4 slices bread
  • 7 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • Maoy
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place bacon on a baking sheet and bake it at 400F until crisp about 8-10 min. Put it on a paper towel, sit aside.
  • Toast bread in a toaster or using skillet.
  • In a mixing bowl combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Whisk. Add butter to skillet and heat it over medium/low heat. Add egg mixture and cook it until cooked through, stirring slowly.
  • Spread mayo over toasted bread. Add tomato. Add bacon. Followed by scrambled eggs. Garnish with greens and enjoy!
