Delicious Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe – it is wholesome & fresh exactly what I was craving lately.  No, I am not pregnant!  After all of these holidays all what I am craving lately is something soar and healthy.  This pasta recipe is it!  The artichoke gives this nice taste that I absolutely love and juicy tomatoes just explode in your mouth.  I promise this pasta salad will have your mouth watering!

Delicious Tuna Spinach Artichoke Pasta Salad Recipe - Munchkin Time

Ingredients YOU will need to make Tuna Spinach Artichoke Pasta Salad Recipe:

  • 10 oz. pasta
  • 10 oz. albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach (cut into small pieces, if desired)
  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of pasta water

How to make Pasta Salad:

Step One

Cook pasta by following the instructions on the box. Before draining pasta reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.

Step Two

Place pasta into a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients plus ¼ cup pasta water. Mix using 2 forks, serve warm or cold. This pasta salad will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Enjoy!

  2. This all sounds so fresh and delicious! Definitely not what you expect with a pasta salad. I think my 2 year old would love this!
