Wild Caught Salmon With Couscous

Wild Caught Salmon With CouscousI  made this healthy dinner dish called Wild Caught Salmon With Couscous for us and for our kind neighbor who shared a big slice of wild caught salmon that he caught recently.

It is so nice to have neighbors like him.  My hubby took this plate to him and his wife as a thank you.

When they saw it they said – “It looks like a restaurant dish!”.  I think it tastes even better than it looks.

I want to say a BIG Thanks to my dear friend who shared this Wild Caught Salmon With Couscous recipe with me.

Thank you Lana! It is one of the best salmon recipes I have ever tried.

Oven baked salmon covered with delicious white tomato sauce and served with warm couscous.

My whole family loved it.

First lets prepare our wild caught salmon  by rinsing it in the cold water, cutting it into desired pieces  and placing it in the baking dish.  Grease salmon with olive oil then season it with salt and pepper.  Place it in the oven and bake for 6-10 minutes or until its cooked thru.

Quote of the Day

“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”
– John 15:4-5

Have a blessing day!
