Let me introduce you to this one delicious Spinach and Artichoke Pizza recipe.  It is delicious because it has a cheesy, sour, and creamy goodness flavor that is topped with bacon and green onion. Now who doesn’t like bacon? This pizza recipe is so good, you will be eating it until it’s gone.
Ingredients
1 (16 oz ) homemade or store bought pizza dough
8 oz fresh spinach, divided
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
4 oz provolone cheese
1/2 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
6 – 8 canned artichoke hearts sliced (don’t use marinated)
bacon, for serving
green onion, for serving
corn meal
olive oil
Red pepper flakes, for serving (optional)
