It is made of fresh ingredients like ripe jumbo size avocados, ripe tomatoes on the vine, fresh cilantro, lime juice, crunchy onion and spicy jalapeño.  Combine these fresh and nourishing ingredients to create an amazing Mexican appetizer Guacamole.

Ingredients You Will Need to Make Guacamole:

  • 4-5 large ripe avocado, cut in half and pit removed
  • 1/2 medium size onion, chopped
  • 2-3 on the vine tomatoes, cubed
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • half of small jalapeño, finely chopped (I use 1/4 of the jalapeño for kids)
  • fresh cilantro, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Guacamole:

Step One

Grab a spoon and spoon out avocado into a large mixing bowl.

Grab potato masher and mash avocado until there are no large pieces.

Add tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, cilantro and lime juice, give it a nice stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
