Now what toddler doesn’t like unwrapping gifts? My daughter can unwrap every single gift on everyone’s birthday party if she could. It is something about unwrapping a present that brings joy and smiles to kiddo’s face.  It is not the gift itself but just the act of opening it. Here is a fun Guess What Is Inside Game that involves lots of unwrapping and guessing. A child or toddler needs to guess what is inside the wrapping paper by touching it, shaking it, and smelling it. Guess What Is Inside Game it is a perfect game for science analyzing, fine motor development and logical thinking. It satisfies munchkin’s curiosity and brings joy when they guess what is inside. Lastly it is FREE! To play this game you don’t need to buy anything for it just find any items around the house like a diaper, wooden spoon, any book, banana, water bottle, baby’s toy.
….and wrapped it up with a newspaper.
Now everything is ready and waiting for my daughter to wake up…
…. and there she is curious and excited at the same time.
Love how she was really involved in playing this game.
From all of those items she only guessed 4 right and I am so proud of her.
“Can I play again?” – Anika asked.
How often do we set down on the floor and play with our munchkins?
It is something they want more than a new toy.
Every morning I remind myself to spend at least 15 minutes with my daughter who is patiently waiting for her mommy to play with her.
Trust me I am not a perfect mom and some days I get carried away with house chores and neglect those precious 15 minutes of play time with my daughter.
I want to encourage myself and you to Sit Down and Play.

Quote Of The Day
Matthew 18:2-6
He called a little child and had him stand among them.  And he said: “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.  Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.  “And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.  But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a large millstone hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.
This looks like so much fun and im glad thstnyou posted it. I often forget that the fun part about receiving a gift is the guessing and unwrapping.
My daughter liked this game. I agree I do too often forget that kids see things differently than I do. Thank you for stopping by Natasha!
