It is couple weeks left till Anika’s 4th Birthday, and of course we picked Frozen birthday theme for her birthday party. We are both so excited! We have a lot of crafting to do like handmade Olaf Pinata, tutu dress for the table, Snow Cloud back drop, birthday banner, etc. So far we made Frozen, blue and white tutu and we are almost done with Pinata. This was my very 1st tutu that I made for my daughter. I have no idea why I haven’t made tutu skirts before for my daughter. It is a super easy DIY, it’s fast to create and finally it is CHEAP.

To make Frozen Tutu you will need:
2 yards or more of tulle
scissors
elastic
needle and thread1. Measure the waist with elastic.
2. Cut the right length and sew two ends together.
3. Cut tulle into long strips.
4. Take elastic and tulle strip and make a knot.
Here is a little tip – place your elastic on the pot that way it will be easier to make knots, and it will look neater.
Continue making knots until you like how it looks.
Sense we have Frozen theme for our birthday, we added sparkling tulle to our tutu skirt to make it sparkle.
That is yet now you know how to make Frozen tutu.
Now we gonna make sure it stays clean until birthday.
