  • 6 oz pk. strawberry jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 16 oz cool whip
  • raspberries for garnish
  • mint for garnish (optional)

Delicious 5-Ingredient Strawberry Mousse RecipeHow to make Strawberry Mousse:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 6 oz of strawberry jello and 1 cup of hot water. Whisk until jello dissolves.
  2. To the same bowl add 2 cups of buttermilk, whisk.
  3. Add 16 oz. of cool whip, whisk until everything is combined.
  4. Pour into the cups or into a baking dish. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hour before serving, best over night.
  5. Garnish with raspberries and mint. Enjoy!
