Italian soda is bubbly sweet and super delicious drink!
This soda recipe is made of Organic Simple Truth frozen blueberries, half and half, Simple Truth Blood Orange Italian soda, organic cane sugar, water and ice. Served with orange slices and mint.
Beautiful summer drink to enjoy on a hot summer day.

To make Italian Soda you will need:
- club soda (I used Simple Truth Italian soda from Fred Meyers)
- half and half (optional)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- ice

In a sauce pan combine blueberries, water and sugar. Bring it to a boil then reduce the heat to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low heat and simmer for 10 more minutes. Strain the berry mixture into a heat-proof bowl, and let it cool. Discard or eat the berries.
To make Italian Sodas:
Fill cups with ice.
Pour 1/4 part blueberry syrup.
Add club soda followed by little splash of half and half.
