  • 2 to matoes diced
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 long green chile roasted and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper roasted and diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic sliced
  • 1 shallot sliced

  • 1 lime
  • 1 stick butter

  1. I cooked as directed but my fish was still very raw, I would suggest cooking for at least 30 minutes of you use a thick piece of cod like the photos show.
