– 1/2 banana – 1 cup almond milk – 1 scoop Truvani Chocolate Protein Powder – 3 teaspoons maple syrup – pinch of salt – ice if desired

To make a protein shake, using a blender combine 1/2 banana, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 scoop of Truvani Chocolate Protein Powder, 3 teaspoons of maple syrup & pinch of salt.
