Chicken thighs Soy sauce Honey Lime juice Garlic Ginger Oil Sriracha Salt + white pepper Cilantro

Whisk all of the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.

Step 1

Pour 3/4 cup of the marinade into a sealed ziploc bag or container. Add the chicken thighs and leave them to marinate in the fridge for 3 to 6 hours, or over night.

Step 2

Now, add the marinated chicken thighs onto a hot grill and grill until the chicken is cooked through, flipping once, also grill any of your favorite veggies like zucchini, bell peppers and broccoli.

Step 3

While the chicken is cooking, make the slurry by combining the reserved marinade with cornstarch. Microwave from 30 seconds to one minute, then brush it over the grilled chicken.

Step 4

Finally, serve the grilled chicken with more marinade if you’d like and chopped cilantro and grilled veggies. Enjoy!
