1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen or fresh baby spinach packed
1/2 cup water or milk of your choice
1 scoop Truvani Collagen (this is my favorite collagen)
flax seeds
– Add pineapple chunks, mango, banana, spinach, water and a scoop of Truvani Collagen into blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smoothie has a smooth texture.
