INGREDIENTS

- bacon - butter or oil - onion - garlic - chicken thighs - rice - chicken broth Spices - Meat Seasoning - paprika - sea salt and pepper

Step 1

Using a skillet, add bacon strips and saute until golden color.

Step 2

Saute onion with bacon until onion is soft, stirring few times. Now, add garlic and saute, stirring few times.

Step 3

Place rice and sauteed onion with bacon into a casserole dish.

Step 4

Using small dish, mix all spices together.

Step 5

Rub spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken thighs and the rest of the spice mixture add it to the casserole to flavor the rice.

Step 6

Pour Homemade Chicken Broth. Stir the rice and broth, try it, and add more salt if needed.

Step 7

Place chicken on top the rice, cover the casserole with foil paper and bake.

Step 8

After uncover (grease chicken thighs with oil or melted butter, to get that golden color), then bake.

Step 9

Grease chicken thighs again with oil & broil on high for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped greens like parsley and enjoy!
