INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef room temperature ▢¾ cup sour cream ▢3 large eggs ▢½ cup flour ▢1 medium onion grated ▢2 cloves garlic finely chopped or minced ▢½ teaspoon ground coriander ▢½ teaspoon turmeric ▢⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper ▢1 ½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste ▢black pepper to taste ▢avocado oil or olive oil for frying

Step 1

Combine all the meatball ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix with your hands making sure all of the seasoning is evenly dispersed.

Step 2

Use a small ice cream scooper, scoop up the meat mixture, and place them into a preheated skillet with a couple of tablespoons of oil.

Step 3

Grab a spatula and gently press down the meatballs into the shape of a meat pancake.

Step 4

Cook until golden and both sides and the meatballs are cooked properly throughout. Enjoy with pasta, salad, or as an appetizer!
