In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of oil, 4 tablespoons of melted honey, 2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard, salt, and pepper, to taste. Stir with a spoon, reserve 2 tablespoons for glazing.
Broil for 5 minutes on one side, rotate and broil for another 5 minutes on the other side, repeat with other two sides, total cooking time should be 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked thru. Brush the mustard mixture over the meat after turning on the other side.
