Grease your hands with oil and grab the dough and form it into a ball, then grease the bowl with oil and return the dough back into the bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and allow the dough to rest for 30-40 minutes until it has bulked up. Keep it in a warm, draft-free area!
