– 2 cups cabbage chopped
– 1/4 cup carrots finely grated
– 1 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
– 3 eggs
– 2 tablespoons avocado oil for skillet, divided
Preheat skillet over medium/low heat with a splash of avocado oil (about 1 tablespoon). Take about 1 cup of cabbage mixture and add it to the skillet forming a nest with a spoon into the nest add egg. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Cook covered for few minutes or until golden color, flip on the other side and cook for another few minutes. Repeat with the rest of the cabbage mixture. Serve while warm with breakfast sausages. Enjoy!
