INGREDIENTS

4 ribeye steaks ▢1 cup chimichurri sauce homemade ▢salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Pat the steaks dry and place them in a glass container. Season both sides with salt and pepper and pour half of the chimichurri sauce into the container.

Step 2

Toss the steaks around to ensure they’re fully covered. Cover the container and let the steaks marinate in the fridge for 2-5 hours.

Step 3

Preheat the grill to high heat. Meanwhile, bring the steaks out of the fridge and let them rest at room temperature for about 20-40 minutes.

Step 4

Once the grill is nice and hot, cook the steaks on both sides until they have reached your desired level of doneness. For medium-well, grill for 5 minutes per side.

Step 5

Remove the meat from the grill and transfer it to a cutting board to rest. Loosely tent them with foil for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Step 6

Serve with a drizzle of remaining chimichurri sauce.
