Hatch Chile Cheese Dip




– 1 lb ground beef – 16 oz refried beans – 1/2 cup roasted Hatch Chiles about 3 Chile peppers, seeds removed & diced – 14.5 oz diced tomatoes – 15.5 oz Salsa Con Queso – 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning – Salt and pepper – to taste

Step 1

Using a medium size pot, add 1lb ground beef, season with 2 tablespoons of Taco seasoning. Now, cook on a medium heat until, meat is cooked thru about 10 min. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Add 16oz. refried beans, cook on medium heat & stir until cooperated with the meat.

Step 3

Stir in 14.5oz. diced tomatoes and ½ cup of Hatch Green Chiles, after everything is combined add 15.5 Salsa Con Queso cheese dip.

Step 4

Bring the queso dip to a boil , remove from the heat. Garnish with fresh diced tomatoes, diced hatch Chile peppers and cilantro, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
