– 1/2 cup organic cucumber slices – 1/2 cup ripe melon chunks – 1/2 cup ripe pineapple chunks frozen or fresh – 1/4 cup organic baby spinach about 1 handful, frozen or fresh – 1/4 cup water or almond milk – 1/2 cup ice or water – 1/2 scoop Truvani Collagen 100% - Optional

Step 1

Place all ingredients: 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/2 cup melon, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup spinach, 1/4 cup water & 1/2 cup ice – into the blender.

Step 2

Blend for about 1-2 minutes or until smooth texture. Pour into a glass. Enjoy!
