Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons butter or oil of your choice – 1 medium onion chopped – 2 cloves garlic finely chopped – 2 medium carrots cubed (about 1 cup) – 2 celery sticks chopped – 14 cups chicken broth homemade – 2 cups cooked chicken – 1 teaspoon Bragg 24 Herbs & Spices Seasoning or any of your favorite poultry spice – 6 oz egg pasta – 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped – salt & pepper to taste

Using a dutch oven or a soup pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Once butter is melted add 1 chopped onion and saute until soft and golden color about 7-10 minutes.

Step 1

Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and saute for 1 minute.  Next add 2 cups of shredded chicken, 2 cubed carrots, 2 chopped celery sticks and 1 teaspoon of Bragg 24 Herbs & Spices Seasoning.

Step 2

Then pour in 14 cups of Homemade Chicken Broth and bring it to a boil.

Step 3

Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add 6 oz of pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for about 10 minutes or until desired pasta texture.

Step 4

After add freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm & enjoy!
