To make Honey Garlic Shrimp, using a zip bag – combine 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons of finely chopped ginger, 1 tablepsooon of avocado oil, 1/3 of low sodium soy sauce and 1/3 cup of honey. Zip the bag and massage until everything is combined.
After preheat the oven to 425F. Line a big baking sheet with foil paper, make a little devider in the middle. Place shrimp and broccoli onto a baking sheet. Make sure to separate them with foil paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes (time depends on the size of the shrimp) or until shrimp is baked thru.
