INGREDIENTS

– 2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs organic skin & boneless – 3 tablespoons olive oil – 1/2 teaspoon ginger chopped – 5 tablespoons raw honey – 3 tablespoons soy sauce – 4 cloves of garlic minced – salt and pepper to taste – fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Step 1

Combine all of the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl before preparing the chicken.

Step 2

Place the chicken in the bowl with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

Step 3

Pour the chicken and marinade into a cast iron skillet or a shallow baking dish and bake until the chicken is cooked through. Flip each piece a few times to ensure all sides turn out juicy and tender.

Step 4

To finish, broil on high for 5 minutes to achieve a beautiful crust all around the outside of the chicken.
