How to Bake Salmon  in the Oven




– 1 lb wild caught salmon fillet – 2 tablespoons avocado oil – 2-3 cloves garlic minced – salt and pepper to taste – 1-2 lemons sliced

Step 1

– Preheat the oven to 420F. Line baking sheet with foil.

Step 2

– Brush salmon fillet with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle minced garlic on top.

Step 3

– Place lemon slices over the top and bake for about 10 minutes, or until salmon is baked thru. Garnish with any greens of your choice.
