– 1/2 lb Brie Triple Creme Cheese – 0.2 oz Cypress Grove Humbolot Fog Grande Cheese – 5 oz Organic Cheddar Cheese – 3 oz Wild Caught Nova Salmon – 3 oz Boar's Head Prosciutto – 5.5 oz Creminelli Barolo Uncured Italian Salami – Fruit of Your Choice like blueberries, watermelon, grapes, strawberries, raspberries – Crackers of Your Choice like tortilla chips, thin breadsticks or rice thins – Olives Salad

Step 1

Start by placing 3 different cheeses on the platter or board.

Step 2

Now place your favorite meats on the platter next to cheeses.

Step 3

Crackers, tortillas and breadsticks goes next.

Add fruits and olives through out the platter. When the fruits are scattered thru the platter it looks messy and when fruits nicely put together in spots it has that clean look.

Garnish cheese platter with sliced strawberries.
