Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Toss chicken wings with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, then spread the chicken wings on a baking sheet or cast iron skillet.
Transfer chicken wings into a bowl and toss it with 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce (This is the brand I like to use!), return back to the baking sheet and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of mozzarellacheese over the top, bake for 5 more minutes.
