INGREDIENTS

– 1 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened – 3 eggs – 3 teaspoons maple syrup – 1 1/2 cups almond flour – 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips – 2 tablespoons avocado oil for cooking

Step 1

Using a blender, combine 1 1/2 cups almond flour, 1 1/2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of sea salt…

…1 1/2 cups of almond milk, 3 eggs & 3 teaspoons of maple syrup,

Step 3

Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Then pour it into a bowl and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake into the heated skillet and cook on both sides until golden brown color about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 5

Serve Chocolate Chip Pancakes with chocolate syrup or maple syrup. Enjoy!
