How to Make Crepes Without Milk




– 4 organic eggs – 1 1/2 cups Bolthouse Farms® Non-Dairy Plant Milk – Original – 2 tablespoons avocado oil – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 tablespoons organic sugar – 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt – almond chocolate butter – fruits

Step 1

Using a big bowl, whisk together eggs, Original Bolthouse Farms® Non-Dairy Plant Milk, avocado oil, flour, sugar and salt; whisk until smooth.

Step 2

Heat crepe pan over medium heat, using paper towel grease pan with a small amount of oil. Pour crepe batter into the crepe pan, or if you are using an electrical crepe pan dip it into the batter.

Step 3

Tilt the pan so that bottom surface is evenly coated. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes on a side, or until golden brown. Flip on the other side and cook for 15 seconds.

Step 4

Serve with almond chocolate butter and fruits. Enjoy!
