INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Heat avocado oil, once heated add beef stew meat and sprinkle Mccormick Montreal Spice. Give it a nice stir with a wooden spoon and saute stirring few times.

Step 2

Next, add onion. After add carrots, celery, garlic and  tomato paste.

Step 3

After add  barley and sauerkraut. Pour chicken broth and add 2 bay leaves and rosemary, stir with a spoon.

Step 4

Cover the lid and cook on Meat/Stew mode for 20-25 minutes. Naturally release the pressure for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Garnish barley and beef soup with chopped greens of your choice like dill. Serve with Homemade Bread. Enjoy!
