Juicy Garlic Shrimp – Christmas Wreath




– 2 lb Shrimp jumbo – 5 cloves garlic minced or finely chopped – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 1 teaspoon basil – salt & pepper to taste – 1 tablespoon cilantro or parsley for garnish Shrimp Sauce – 1/2 cup ketchup – 1 tablespoons horseradish or to taste – 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Step 1

First, preheat oven to 400F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl combine 5 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon basil, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk everything together. Then add shrimp and toss to coat.

Step 3

Spread shrimp on a baking sheet, try not to over-crowd. Bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp is baked thru.

Step 4

To make shrimp sauce, in a small mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of horseradish and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Whisk everything together and serve.
