Transfer the ball of dough to a bowl greased with some olive oil or floured with a flour. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
When it’s ready, you can cut the dough into 4 pieces, use it all right away, or store it for later. Use it to make these homemade pizza rolls, or wrap the balls in plastic to store in the fridge or freezer.
