– 10 oz tuna canned – 1/3 cup pickles chopped – 1/3 cup red onion chopped – 1/4 cup mayo – 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese or any cheese of your choice – 4 slices bread we love using ciabatta bread

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except bread and cheese.

Step 2

Divide the tuna mixture between 4 slices of bread.

Step 3

Add cheese and bake at 375F for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
