For the Cabbage Salad: – Green cabbage – Red cabbage – Bell pepper – Green onion  Dressing: – Extra virgin olive oil – Lime juice – Shallot – Sea salt – Black pepper – Cilantro – Sugar (optional)

Step 1

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

Whisk all of the dressing ingredients in a different bowl. Pour dressing over the salad. Mix. Cover and refrigerate for 2-6 hours for flavors to blend.
