INGREDIENTS

Instant Pot Chili beef grass-fed onion celery tomatoes jalapeno tomato sauce beans garbanzo beans water or bone broth cheddar cheese, sour cream & cilantro for garnish Chili Spices chili powder sea salt cumin black pepper

Step 1

Turn Instant Pot on Saute mode, then add ground beef, celery and onion.

Step 2

Mix and saute for about 10 minutes, stirring few times to break down the ground beef with a wooden spoon.

Step 3

Next, add tomatoes, jalapeno, tomato sauce, beans and garbanzo beans. Pour water or Bone Broth and add all of the chili spices.

Step 4

Give it a good mix with a spoon, then cover and cook on Soup/Broth mode for 20 minutes. Quick release the pressure.

Step 5

Serve chili with grated sharp cheddar cheese, creamy sour cream and chopped cilantro (I used chives, thats what I had on hands.) Enjoy!
