Ingredients

– 3 cloves garlic minced – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper more if desired – 1 teaspoon smoked paprika – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 2 tablespoons olive oil – black pepper to taste – 2 lb raw shrimp jumbo, raw and wild-caught devein and shell removed – lemon wedges for serving – 2 teaspoon dill finely chopped for garnish

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne, and smoked paprika.

Step 2

Once you’ve cleaned your shrimp and deveined them, pat them dry. If you want to keep the tail on you can. Add them to the bowl with the marinade and toss everything to coat each shrimp.

Step 3

Place each shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet with enough room in between them to cook evenly.

Step 4

Transfer the baking sheet to the broiler preheated to 450 degrees. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip each one to broil on the other side for another 3 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.

Step 5

Garnish with dill and a squirt of fresh lemon juice overtop and serve while hot. Enjoy!
