Super Easy Chocolate Brownie

– 3 eggs – 2 cups sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3/4 cup butter melted – 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 3/4 cup cocoa unsweetened – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1 cup macadamia nuts or any nuts of your choice, chopped plus 2 tablespoons to go on the top – 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease 13 by 9 baking pan with butter and line parchment paper over the top.

Step 2

Using a mixer whisk 3 eggs, 2 cups of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Step 3

Using a different bowl combine 1 1/2 cup of flour, 3/4 cup of cocoa and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix.

Step 4

Then stir it into the egg mixture using spatula.

Step 5

Fold in 1 cup of nuts into the batter or add it to the bottom of the pan (thats what I like to do!).

Step 6

Add batter to the baking pan.

Step 7

Smooth it evenly over the pan using spatula.

Garnish with Easter eggs candy and…

…chopped nuts, bake chocolate brownie for 30 minutes. Cool inside the pan.

Step 10

After it cools down, cut brownie into squares & drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Enjoy!
