– 10-12 lb Organic turkey
– 1 cup butter softened
– 5 garlic cloves minced
– Kosher salt & pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon Montreal Chicken Spice or use any of your favorite Poultry Spices

To prepare a turkey for roasting I would highly recommend brining/soaking turkey overnight in this Easy Turkey Brine Recipe. It will give you a juicy & moist roasted turkey results.
Now, using a mixing bowl add 1 cup of softned butter, salt and black pepper to taste, 5 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of Montreal Chicken Spice.
To roast a turkey, first preheat the oven to 350F, then place turkey into a baking bag. This is important, poke the bag few times with a toothpick, make about 5 holes.
Roast turkey in a Non-Stick Roast Pan over 350F for about 2 1/2 -3 hours, or until the turkey is cooked thru and when you cut between the leg the juices run clear.
