Turkey & Pork Dumplings Recipe (Pelmeni Recipe) - incredibly juicy pelmeni with ground pork, turkey and 1 secret ingredient.
When kneading a dough I like to use stand mixer: into a stand mixer bowl add 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt and give it a nice stir. Next, add 1 egg, 1/4 cup avocado oil and 3/4 cup of water. Using a hook attachment, knead on low setting until dough forms about 5-10 minutes.
To make pork dumplings, first divide the dough into 4 balls. Take one dough ball and cover the rest with plastic wrap. Using hands roll dough between hands to form a long skinny sausage, then cut it into small pieces.
Once water starts boiling carefully add dumplings and bring them to a boil, stirring few times. After water starts boiling, cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until pelmeni cooks thru.
