WOW!!! The Best Sausage Potato Cheese Casserole recipe is truly the best cheesy potato recipe I have ever tried.

The texture of the potato is so soft and delicious makes me say WOW, in every bite.

    Sausage Potato Cheese Casserole Recipe

    It is smooth and cheesy.

My family loves food that are hot and spicy, so I added hot Italian sausage which gave a nice kick to this delicious dinner dish.

For those who is not a big fan of spiciness you can use smocked ham or other kind of sausages which will taste really good with this recipe.

Spicy or not I recommend you to try making best potato casserole recipe for your next dinner dish.

I think i will make this, with a few variations! But, What is smacked sausage? And "greens"...it looks like Dill? Is it herbs or greens= collard, spinach, kale?

        Hi Allyson!

By smacked I meant to say smoked! Sorry for a spelling error! For greens I used chopped dill and garnished with parsley! I hope that helps! Let me know if you have more questions!
