In a sauce pan combine blueberries, water and sugar. Bring it to a boil then reduce the heat to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low heat and simmer for 10 more minutes.
Strain the berry mixture into a heat-proof bowl, and let it cool. Discard or eat the berries.
To make Italian Soda with homemade Blueberry Syrup:
Fill cups with ice. Pour ¼ part blueberry syrup. Add club soda followed by little splash of half and half.
Stir with a straw and enjoy!
