1/2cupmascarponeroom temperature (you can also use cream cheese)

Instructions
Using food processor or blender, puree 12 oz. berries and 2/3 cup of sugar. Using a big spoon strain through a sieve to get rid of berry seeds. Add lemon juice from 1 lemon, mix and set aside.
In a chilled mixing bowl, whisk 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream until soft peak forms.
Take another bowl and whisk 1/2 cup mascarpone or cream cheese until creamy texture.
Using spatula fold mascarpone into heavy whipping cream. Add 1/2 of the berry mixture, stir until combined.
Pour the berry mixture among 4 cups. Add cream mixture. Garnish with mint and berries. Enjoy!
