- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded plus more for garnish

Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into the skillet over medium/high heat.
Add chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook 5 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked thru, transfer to a plate.
Add another 1 tablespoon of oil, once the oil is hot add shrimp season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter is melted add 5-7 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 minutes stirring nonstop.
Slowly pour in 1/2 cup white wine and cook until wine reduces in half, about 3 minutes, stirring few times.
Carefully pour in 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
Continuously stirring season with salt and pepper and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
After sauce starts simmering add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Stir the sauce until cheese melts.
Now add chicken and shrimp back to the skillet and garnish with more cheese and freshly chopped parsley. Serve over warm pasta. Enjoy!
Tip #1 - You can use chicken broth instead of white wine.
TIP #2 - Use dry wine like Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio, they are perfect for white sauces like Alfredo.
Tip #3 - Prepare all ingredients first for faster and stress free cooking.
