Using Instant Pot, add 2 cups of uncooked macaroni, 2 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of dry mustard, ⅛ cayenne pepper, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well, cover and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick Release Pressure.
How to Make Creamy Mac and Cheese:
After the pressure is released open the lid, and press the sauce button. Pour in 12 oz. evaporated milk or 1 ½ cup of whole milk and 1 cup of cut ham, cook for 1-3 minutes or until sauce is creamy texture.
Turn off the Instant Pot. Stir in cheese ½ cup at a time. If needed, season more with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with Italian Salad or Loaded Baked Eggplant - my Favorite side dish. Enjoy!

To warm up Mac & Cheese add a little amount of milk into cold Mac and Cheese, warm up on medium heat until creamy. Store leftovers in airtight container inside the fridge for up to 3 days.Hi!
